On Wednesday we did a session with a run session with two by eight times 200 meters with a 200 meter easy jog between. On Thursday I had a one hour 15 minutes running the morning where did 17.2k for 22 average pace and in the afternoon as three hour ride with five by 15 minutes at like yes sweet spot at T1 or however you want to call it. After that we had a weird to max swim session the main set was eight times 50 at 50 second interval which is swimming in 32 seconds then 10 times 100 at 130 interval which is swimming in 108. And yeah after in the end of the day just two or ten easy ride 63 kilometers and I averaged 197 watts
