I always make sure I have a very clear outline because like anything you need to know where you're going right so like whenever I speak I have a really clear outline and then I let it go. The most important thing though is not the outline it's true confidence comes when we're authentic if we're saying anything that's not aligned with what we're living then we will feel like a fraud. A lot of people get so nervous they can't articulate their message and it may be an amazing message you just can't get it out some practical and some spiritual. Wayne Dyer was a huge fan of yours but he still has his own spirit which is kind of surreal for me as well
