How Important Is a Phase Review Date?
The most important column arguably outside of all the other things we know are like table stakes is a phase review date. It's really easy to get programs off the ground It's not so easy to commit to reviewing them and being very critical of what's working and what's not on a routine recurring basis So setting that date and holding yourself and whoever is helping Execute that program accountable to come back on that date and report in has been helpful for us. And then secondarily to that i'll say that it's so important We run all of our programs in monday.
