The Fragmentation of My Life
I was going to college in Buffalo New York I looked around Buffalo I didn't see it anywhere this is 1970 and I went off to the independent study program at the school and I said I want to create a project I want to go to India and study meditation. It totally changed my life because when the professor was talking about the Buddha and talking about suffering as one inevitably would rather than finding that depressing or demoralizing, I found it incredibly invigorating. And so if you did them if you practiced them you could be a lot happier says Amitai Bhatnagar.
