The UX Issues Are Not New

UX issues are not new. It's just, I think it's just been kind of careless. We have a responsibility to make things that will cause no harm in people in no worse of a position than they were as far as their legal rights stand. So we've got an obligation to be much more considered as far as our product goes. But yes, the UX issues have always been there for that product. The other ones, they're not a lack of caring, it's a lack of knowledge, it’s a lack of budget, it'm a lack of competition, I think, that have played other parts of the industry.
