The Importance of Demand in the Amma 100
The Amma 100 saw a demand decline of negative 0.1 percent against the 2021 baseline that you just talked about with it was really sort of an aberration where we had really really strong growth to a peak. We saw something in 2021 that we have not seen certainly for as long as I've been doing this and that is firms dealing with the necessity of surge hiring they actually have more work than they have people to do it.
