I struggle to remember them as well, but I still have a healthy amount of REM. So there is where sleep trackers, like it's sleep or others could become valuable. You just check your metrics and you make sure the REM and deep are in a healthy state. It could be that maybe you don't have REM and at that point, no, you should, no, we could explore different tasks that you could do to improve your REM percentage and quantity.
