The Challenges of Launching a New Zone Model

There's always there's always things to to improve and I think HSL is an organization it doesn't stop. People who previously had traveled day to day to the office would need a different ticket type then now with kind of working hybrid maybe visiting the office once a week so all these things obviously happened after the launch. It requires new projects and a new design work to make sure that we keep up with the changes. The must have been greater you start off with something that seems impossible or quite difficult actually and then you you continue with something that's going great.
