I love the repair component that you talked about and also building in the connection first thing in the morning. I know it's super helpful. Yeah, lots of kids don't realize that they understand when the kids go to school that that's a separation... But sleep is also a separation even though you're in the same room and sometimes even in the same bed. You're psychologically separated while you're sleeping. A connection ritual to book and sleeping is also really important just like it would be if you were dropping your kid at daycare. Oh, that's beautiful. Wow. And if I haven't which I hadn't back when I was tenured professor I hadn't heard this perspective.
