How to Minimize Screen Time Post 9pm
I'm dialing back my double screening of phone and TV. If I've got it in, how about you guys use it? Up, train, come home, call chana, meditate, get ready for hospital. Get battered by the nature. My initial reaction is like, I'm not really okay. So yeah, so just trying to minimize screen time post 9pm is the biggest bad habit that I have. It's like shitty admin that's just low level stress and keeps the mind momentum going before you go to sleep. And eliminating that red light, magnesium spray or ZMA. Where are you using magnesium spray? Lower back and bump. In and around my bum.
