The goal is to increase your water volume over time so with that being said we'll link hybrid in the show notes here that's really helpful as well as if you want two programs in the same place when it comes to running and lifting or lifting and conditioning already programmed to complement it. Give yourself patience give yourself grace give yourself kindness and don't shame yourself for temporary decreases in performance from fatigue across your whole training which do not indicate or necessarily mean you have decreased training across time. You might realize that once you taper or deload or whatever and you go to test that fitness you were still gaining it all along but just had increased fatigue across time.
