I think there is a path of doing a little, and I think it's the language. Like for me, the language that I use towards myself and everything in the past was, oh God, I had such a horrible relationship to the way that I connected to things. So if someone wants to lose weight, even just telling yourself that mentally, you are not enough as you are. And in order to be enough, you have to do this thing. That isn't working. You're never going to feel enough. so really working on setting yourself up to take better care of yourself.
