The Importance of Local Numbers

Whether you use 800 or local should really depend on what your market is and your positioning. So if I've got a blog and it's basically my daughter's take on some cool things to do in Los Angeles Then it needs to be not too professional not too slick and an 800 number would be incongruent. Okay, but if I'm a if I're a national company better have an 800 number even if no I don't want anybody to call it just so I look like a professional people feel like there's access. And that's going to be much a much bigger imperative.
