I think just anything you can do to engage the brain is going to be a good positive. And it's about engaging in spiritual, spiritual activities. Going into just any activity that is giving you that sense of purpose in life and moving you away from your life. Moving you away from the idea that you are at the center of the universe. It's very easy to get into negativity. I know that's one of my big challenges,. but I can do things in the morning that get me started and being positive.
