The Transformation From Old Models to New Models
The first reaction could be very negative but then having kind of learned a bit more maybe having some of the key questions they have answered and then seeing how that relates to their usual journeys the reaction might change completely. That led us to one of the key outcomes we created this adoption journey map which was essentially like a journey map of how someone's personas or profiles reaction to the model changes over time.
