How Do I Get in Calories After a Game?

Athletes should get moving straight after a game to recover. Getting in calories is important, as well as getting good quality sleep. Compression boots can actually put on the uni work for an hour while they're doing their warm-up and stuff like that. I'm certainly of your opinion and this is going to depend on the output. In the pro setting, I've got no issues with my athletes eating a pizza or burger after. Their metabolic system is just through the roof.
