The Importance of Maintaining a Robic Threshold
If you're below your arobic threshold, you should be able to maintain that intensity for a couple o hours. It's when you cross over that where things become to get really unsustainable for a longer period of time. The more you develop it, the longer you can stretch that out. Those types of workouts are tobe much more valuable for you once you've kind of developed a little bit more of that arobic foundation and have that in place.
