Introduction
Nicolette ha niman has written two books and a lot of articles about the topic of meat. She argues that animals are valuable to ego systems and to food systems, and that especially the food from those animals is extremely useful to human health. Her new book defends beef as an environmentally friendly form of animal husbandry which provides good lives for humans and animals.
