How to Get Better Sleep

I've had a lot of cramps in my legs over the years as well, but I found that electrolytes seem to help quite a bit. Try to take it easy at least one hour before going to bed, try to wind down and do things that put you in a positive mood,. maybe it's gratitude, or just help you relax. Or then, yeah, you can just do meditation and breathing. There is plenty of medical evidence that they both help you to just wind down and relax before bed.
