I don't think we're it's the death of the food court. The main difference really is that the food hall has, generally speaking, more local and shef driving concepts. This is a completely different approach to feeding people. Artisnal foods are at bottom, u a business model versus a top down missus modell. We go to the market and we try to find out what the coolest concepts are, and we bring them into one facility. Ano markets are two thousand years old, and people have had that kind of experience where you can match umers and venders in a central place. And that's what we are. It's just bringing together market forces
