i'm sure so many people listen to this, will be able to relate. If you're in first place and the person in second place is right on your heels, it's as ifthe a rubber band connecting the two of you. And i would do this one when i was training, when i was competing. The perfect place to do this is in a blind spot. So you pass them, and then you're out of their field of vision for 10-15 seconds. In that ten fiftyen seconds, you sprint as hard as you can,. As soon as they see where you are, they go, oh, i can't catch him. He's gone.
