The Rise of Rev Ops in the Current Climate
A lot of organizations are starting on this type of work sooner than they used to 15 years ago. I think the seriousness kind of stems from current climate, because people are getting beat up left and right. So having more insight into what's working is just more pragmatic and smart. But that being said, I think across the board, we're seeing companies going for profitability rather than relying on capital.
