The Importance of Promoting Women in Business

I'm noticing when I go over to Ramsey, you've got Christy Wright with Business Boutique. You've got thousands of pretty much only women in the audience who are starting companies. How important is it at Ramsey that you guys kind of lead in this area of gender equality and how do you approach that? It's huge. But the one thing I want to make clear is that we don't promote people because they're male or female. We promoting people because they deserve to be promoted.
