The Importance of Intentional Underdosage in Resistance Training
The fitness for inclinition that lives and breathes this type of stuff, it's very hard for you to remember what it was like when you didn't exercise. This is where we may intentionally underdose in the beginning with these individuals. It makes something intimidating a little, a little more reasonable for individuals.
