How Do You Prepare for the Day?
When you have an intensive, how do you sustain your energy or like prepare for the day? Oh, that's such a good question. I think the pre work of the intensive is what actually makes the intensive actually be able to happen. Usually every single day rate I do is a Wednesday. So we do a call on Monday. They have a questionnaire that's due before their call. And then the day after I set aside two hours to be able to implement any like additional feedback and refinements.
