How we spend our day very much affects how we spend our night. processed foods aren't great for us because they don't provide the vitamins and minerals needed to get to sleep. Our body doesn't need to put you in deep sleep for so long for simple reason. We also need to make sure that we don't have too many foods or chemicals that interfere with our sleep. And once a half life is reached, it has a half life of its own.
