At FutureGolf we have something like an integrated design approach, if you want to call it a total design. We believe that service design itself is great, but for when you need other skills as well in order to deliver a service successfully. In these different teams, there are different kinds of designers. So the way we normally start our projects, it's always a team of two or three people. The product designer will come later on because first the research will be done.
