We're doing squat bench press and overhead press, I think. And then the next workout would be your squat, deadlift, and row. Those are the type of exercises that we're doing. You can do those theoretically, you know, with machine, you can do them with barbell or dumbbells. But again, we start getting too muddied in all these equations and programs for exercise. It's like what works for you and is accomplishing your specific goals.
