What Is Tapping and How Does It Work?
Tapping is a mind body energy technique, but there's actual science behind it. We have this storage center basically of all these negative memories that we have and positive ones. As you tap through the points, what that does is it sends a flood of serotonin to this little indentation in the brain and it severs that connection. It no longer sends the amygdala a signal and tells it to be upset.
