We're going to challenge our coaches to hit ten thousand steps, 30 minutes of movement a day. Exercise is as effective as zoloft in reducing depression. Sleep matters more than you think. Turn off your electronics at least an hour before you go to bed. A good night of sleep goes both ways. We want to shine the spotlight on what's most important right now.
