The Future of Lawyers' Hours
In 2007 I was a clerk at the Minnesota Court of Appeals. What I can accomplish in that six or seven hours is very different today than it would be you know now 15 years ago. One of the great takeaways particularly for how the market is likely to shake out in 2023 is this work on segmentation. We saw growth in the lower cost firms we saw contraction in higher cost firms where it started to get really interesting.
