How to Lose Fat in 3 Years

There is absolutely no research which says that you can spot reduce fat. Just eat exercise more than you eat. Set some time aside every day to read something or listen to a book. Try and be mindful or aware of your ego in situations. If it was me, I would focus on being as truthful and honest as I can.
