The Interactions Model
There's sort of a peanut butter and chocolate of comeuppance in this book because I've spent years talking to people through you are not so smart. A lot of that comes from something that's called the Interactions Model. If you ask people individually, you get a pretty high response rate where they get the wrong answer. But if you take that exact same research and you allow people to deliberate in groups, you get much different reactions,. And that's been furthered by the work of Tom Stafford.
