I don't know why people get flustered I guess I want to say especially face-to-face but also online people have a tendency to not put themselves across in the best way. It's not due to a lack of cognitive ability it's not that they're not quick enough face-to -face or or online to be able to get this information out there just seems to be would is it nervousness? A lack of experience or a lack of preparedness to be truthful or vulnerable online are common stumbling blocks, she says.
