The Struggle of Meditation

When I first started meditating, I couldn't get past five minutes. Now I meditate for 30 to 30 minutes a day. This is not going to be a motivational episode in the sense that there's motivation where we're going to rah rah you up and say you got to do this to make yourself feel good. This is more about discipline and consistency. The struggle and the discipline is part of the thing. And it makes you mentally tougher.
