I would have loved to some for someone to have told me the insights in this work when I was a very serious baseball player at the age of 15. And so it's sort of like as you get better in your understanding of yourself and basically the game environment, every game becomes more interesting because you have a more refined way of actually analyzing it. But that rich sort of sense when I talk to some athletes, they are kind of just doing what they're doing. They're not able to kind of have that appreciation of what's possible. So getting that appreciation might actually make it much more interesting for them and thereby enhancing all sorts of things related to the activity they're involved in.
