I Feel Silly When You're Coaching Yourself

Danielle: I love the, you know, the self conversation. If people saw me and some of the things i do to work through some of my notsi,. i willi will coach myself by getting on audio and just talking out for forty five minutes or an hour sometimes. The silliness is going to help you healrat bcas you just got to be able to do what you need to do withou like feeling like you have to do it a certain way. Just let your sort of inner wisdom tell you the best way to work through the thought. It reminded me of this one time i had a therapist who was helping me with my panic attacks. And so he said,
