The advice is amazing. I've been having a lot of trouble with my hip flexers and lower back. Sometimes what that can be to is, let's say you're wearing a shoe that has a very high heel lift. And if you raise up that back half of your foot, your body's going to compensate by kind of pushing your posterior chain back a little bit and pushing your upper body forward a little bit. That angle is going to not bear those pact forces as efficiently, essay, a straight line.
