The respiratory diaphragm is like a tarp on the inside of your rib cage. You can't really sense it, you probably have when you've had the hiccups. People who have paralysis of the diaphragms and have to use other muscles to get breathing into their bodies and suffer. The whole body integration, for me, is what's so powerful. And I just want to talk about two more parts of the body.
