The Power of Bringing People Along on Research on Journey Mapping

I tend to record interviews and I always ask if I can use that. And you know, recorded interviews are great because you can at least play back what you're hearing. But I think it's even more powerful if people go along with you in person. One of the things that we do to patients like me is invite the whole team along.
