A lot of people say they want to weigh the same as in high school, but their body has changed dramatically. If you gain muscle and lose body fat and your weight doesn't change, you have become healthier. You can develop what I've always referred to as skinny fat. And if you are skinny fat, it means you have a higher percentage of body fat relative to your lean tissue.
