The Transition to Motherhood

I had a really interesting journey of, I think education I would say more than anything. It's been the biggest learning curve for me because I thought I would have a baby a certain way. And actually I worked very hard to shake that off and I found it quite challenging. We both had the same hypnoburthing teacher, Holly D'Acruz who I always talk about. She's been one of the most important people in my life. So after our birth, which we did, well, all births end up being different, how you imagine them,. But we did end up having our first daughter in a water birth. I really implemented the tools of hypnoburths
