How to Make Your Client Squat Better

Small group PT is all about personalised training. The workout is almost a theme in itself and everyone would do a very slightly different workout dependent on who they are what they want and how they do. If someone comes in and they can't do the squat exercise it's like okay well let's see if you can do a hinge exercise or we'll still do some sort of lower body exercise where we can work around it. Because there's so much time and so much coaching allowed it's quite easy to adapt the program around it.
