Is There a Fourth Strategy That Can Be Executed?
In the companies where i've seen it work really well, you have a amazing strategist as a c m. That sets traditional marketing things and then sales executes on that strategy. But in allottod companies, especially tet companies, sales now is setting the go to market strategy. And so it makes it really difficult, at least it would make it difficult for me as a marketer to do my job really well if i didn't have oversight of those cor ponents.
