US-China Climate Cooperation - Is That Possible?

John Kerry the US climate envoy has said that he's going to make climate a separate track from everything else but I don't see how that works. It depends on what exactly we are talking about definitely as many data show that China is already the world leading producer of solar panel wind turbine and in that regard there's the incentive for the US to increase the input of this kind of a China-made green products. But at the same time American green corporations are being hurt by this intellectual property appropriation that actually help precipitate the trade war in the first place so it will complicate it.
