Jurgen Kloppenburg: Term premium is what investors would demand to take duration risk and lock in 30-year interest rates. He says if you have a view that inflation is going to be structurally higher over the next decade, you can withstand rolldowns. "There are some magnificent opportunities in macro space where basically long-term higher inflation tail is really not priced," he adds.
