The Benefits of a Ketogenic Diet

In terms of the evidence base for longevity and the longest living people, it's going to be that style of diet. It does include a lot of vegetables as well as good quality meat and fish. Most people are using keto and partial for weight loss, which again, I don't think is a very good long term strategy. But that's not to say that it doesn't have therapeutic value, so I definitely think the keto diet has therapeutic value, but not for most people.
