Multiple Sclerosis - Does He Need Imaging?

If you think it's central, there's a lot of rare things. The real question is does he need imaging? And the bi-directional nastagmus really sells that. So I did arrange for an MRI. His imaging showed demyelination in the brain stem as well as some other areas in the brain. He's probably not a bad age, but he's a he, which makes it a little less likely.
