The Sleep Number Is Chiseled Into the Wall
I would not be surprised if there was at least good, as good sleep, maybe better. I started to I had a very thick pillow for a long time and my neck always hurt. Now I've been I basically sleep in a very minimal pillow now. And I feel like I have better body alignments. But also laying flat is a lot different than laying up with your shoulders still kind of hunched in that position.
