We need to have a specific goal that we're trying to improve, and then our exercise programming has to reflect that. So if our goal is to increase max strength, three sets of 12 repetitions is not really going to do that for us. We've talked about this at naseon on this podcast. We can't harbon it enough. And so that that's how they lay the foundation for this paper - which i cannot get behind more.
